Experience
During my time leading the Kry Design team, we redesigned the primary care experience to be 303% more efficient, helping the business grow from a -$12M/month EBITDA to profitability across all markets within two years. To do this, I:
• Led the AI vision for the company
• Redesigned the patient navigation experience
• Led the design of B2B product offerings
As Lead Product Designer at Babylon Health, I designed their flagship growth product, Healthcheck, and the internal platform to deliver 600+ B2B partner deals - key to securing their $550M Series C round.
As the founding designer of Elyfia, I designed and built the entire platform with the help of Al, eliminating the need for VC funding to deliver an NHS pilot. The pilot achieved 51% retention after 30 days and an 8.7/10 patient rating.
